**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to provide exceptional customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics to drive business growth
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas

**Compensation and Benefits**
