Job Summary
We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic Online English Tutors to coach, tutor, and help students achieve their language learning goals. As a Preply tutor, you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule, create your own lesson plans, and work with students from all over the world. Key Responsibilities
- Teach English online to Preply students worldwide, on your own schedule and at your own price
- Create your own lesson plans or use Preply's curriculum for your lessons with your students
- Use Preply's integrated calendar to set your availability and schedule lessons with students
- Access training and professional development through Preply's Tutor Academy and regular webinars
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students achieve their language learning goals
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of each student's needs and learning style
- Utilize Preply's platform to track student progress, retrieve payments, and access training resources
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (native or fluent)
- University degree or Certificate to teach English (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, etc.), or equivalent qualification in English language teaching
- Experience teaching one-on-one classes with proven results, preferably online
- Experience providing comprehensive materials and resources to meet students' needs
- High-speed internet connection and reliable technology
