Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner, ensuring that all queries are addressed and resolved efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products or services, providing clear, accurate, and concise solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing product information in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Qualifications
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service, is preferred.
