Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations Management: Assist in managing business operations, streamlining workflows, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including calendar management, task coordination, and client communication to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Email Automation and CRM Management: Oversee email automation and CRM management using High Level (Go High Level), ensuring effective communication with clients and leads.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media scheduling, assist with content creation and posting, and monitor engagement to maintain a strong online presence.
- Project Management: Coordinate project timelines using tools like Asana and streamline automations in Zapier to ensure efficient project execution.
- Financial Management: Monitor payment processing and financial workflows using Stripe, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills to drive business success.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: A proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative and ownership of tasks.
- High Level (Go High Level) Expertise: Proficiency in High Level (Go High Level) is required, with experience in email automation, CRM management, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with Productivity Tools: Familiarity with Asana, Zapier, Stripe, Zoom, Airtable, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Graphic Design: Experience with graphic design is a bonus, but not required.
