Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Talent Development: Supervise and mentor your sales team, Assistant General Manager, and other store staff to drive high-performance results and achieve business objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless execution, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Performance Management: Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop high-performing teams to drive business success.
- Business Operations: Engage in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing sales reports, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store teams, corporate stakeholders, and other key partners to drive business objectives and implement company initiatives.
- Store Success: Take ownership of store success, driving sales growth, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role, preferably in a commissions-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Experience in managing multiple locations or teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Management experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of sales strategy development and execution.
- Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention.
