Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Middle School 6/7 Catholic teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. As a classical education expert, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our students, helping them to develop a deep love of learning and a strong foundation in the Catholic faith. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Middle School 6/7 classes, including language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and electives, using a classical education approach.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide programs and initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in classical education and Catholic teaching.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects the values of our Catholic faith.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a Catholic school or classical education setting.
- Strong knowledge of classical education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of Catholic theology and doctrine.
- Fluency in a second language.

Compensation and Benefits
