Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and carriers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction, and ensuring that patients receive the support they need to access their medication.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, accurately and efficiently managing patient information, billing, and medical records.
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information, working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns as needed, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Active internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Ability to multi-task, using dual monitors and navigating multiple software systems with ease.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing.
- Must live in the Dallas/Irving area and be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX, as required.
