- Act as the escalation point for functional support to assigned portfolio applications
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to negotiate contracts and service level agreements
- Manage production and non-production environments through release and change management processes
- Ensure that work practices are in accordance with all audits, security, and regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other IT Managers to ensure alignment and drive efficiencies
- Provide direct or indirect supervision of delivery teams for assigned portfolio projects
- Play a significant role in driving and mentoring direct and indirect team members to support the commitment, growth, and development of a succession plan for the IT department
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT management or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of IT principles and concepts
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
- Available for moderate overnight travel (up to 20%)
- Legally authorized to work in the country in which the position is located

- Experience managing a budget and developing business cases
