Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicating the organization's service standards to customers, ensuring they understand our commitment to excellence.
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, providing updates and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries, ensuring we continuously improve our services.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining a comprehensive record of customer interactions.
- Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- Bilingual skills, which are considered a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Some sales and customer service experience, providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations.
