Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Take orders, verify information, and track packages to ensure seamless customer experiences

- Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
