The Role: Inbound Chat Operator
As an Inbound Chat Operator, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through online chats and creating a wow-ing experience that sets us apart from the competition. Your primary goal will be to engage in meaningful conversations, address customer inquiries, and turn chats into valuable leads that drive revenue for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Engage in online conversations, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions
- Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, upholding their brand reputation
- Utilize your gaming experience and chat skills to create a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including lead generation and conversion rates
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Must live within the state of Texas
- Possess a reliable computer or laptop with:
- Webcam
- Second monitor
- Microphone
- External mouse
- Minimum of 8 GB of RAM
- 64-bit Operating System
- 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (remote work environment)
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40 WPM or higher preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gaming experience (utilizing chat platforms and online communication)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with automotive industry or software solutions
