Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with local and global talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, leveraging your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Support the development and implementation of HR applications and processes that impact all employees, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions to the business.
- Research and implement new tools and technologies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, driving innovation and process improvements.
- Create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees, providing accessible and user-friendly resources to support their needs and questions.
- Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle experience.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to inform process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB) and data management.
- Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Strong interest in HR operations and the ability to deliver results in a high-volume, dynamic environment, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems using rigorous logic and methodologies, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required, with relevant experience in HR operations, data management, or a related field.
- Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role is a plus, with knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is also a plus, with the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
