Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at Workwarp, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Create, plan, and conduct onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, sourcing potential candidates, and screening resumes and application forms.
- Organize employee policies and procedures, including creating and updating job descriptions, and gathering data and analyzing HR metrics.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related queries, including attendance and leave data, and payroll processing details.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams, and work with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams to achieve HR goals.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
