As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of blithequark, working to build relationships with clients who reach us by inbound call, chats, and messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sympathetically assist clients with navigating a variety of post-order issues, such as shipping questions, damages, returns, substitutions, gathering services, and order notifications.
- Handle a high volume of reaches (50-60 calls per shift) in a fast-paced and highly organized environment.
- Meet our superior execution bar by striving to exceed customer satisfaction, succeeding in meeting client support effectiveness measurements, and other obligations as assigned.
- Professionally engage clients with an energy for people, building relationships and resolving issues.
- Listen effectively and show empathy to understand client concerns and influence internal resources to find the best solution.
- De-escalate client concerns using peace promotion skills to balance client needs with business options while staying in control.
- Issue resolution: think logically to solve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, using your independence to find the right solution.
- Be educated and perform various tasks, such as navigating different programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer questions.
- Raise foundational issues: assist us in consistently moving along, identifying areas for improvement, and offering trends to leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.
- 100% required training: we can't accommodate any misses, downtime, or lateness during this time.
- Qualified candidates will be expected to pass the candidate assessment to continue with the screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
