Job Overview

You will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs, ensuring high productivity and efficiency
- Utilize telephones, email, chat, and text communication to interact with customers, providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
- Properly utilize our CRM system for technical inquiries, following up with customers to ensure resolution
- Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations, updating records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions
- Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans
- Comprehend training material on various topics, sharing new concepts and content with the team
- Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
- Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, consistently striving for excellence
