As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, providing exceptional service to our global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and coordinate incoming calls, greeting and advising clients on their travel-related queries
- Prepare tickets, determine fares, and route to ensure travelers' needs are met

- Anticipate and address client needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when dealing with troubled clients

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Proficiency in using computers, cell phones, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, as well as lift and handle luggage
- Ability to travel to different countries for training purposes
- Flexibility to work any shift, including late nights, early hours, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Valid visa and U.S. visa
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry
- Four-year certification or degree
