Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Contracts team as a full-time remote Business Contracts Co-op. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in the corporate world, supporting exciting assignments that bring value to the organization. As a Co-op, you will be immersed in a dynamic and diverse team, working on a variety of tasks in business management, process improvement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Support electronic organization and clean up of contractual and functional information
- Support CORE process improvement initiatives with data analysis and reporting
- Process internal alignment reviews with other functional groups and contracts management
- Assist in the review of terms and conditions
- Purchase Order and Contract compliance reviews
- Creation or update of tools using Microsoft applications
What You Will Learn
- Collaborations with cross-functional teams
- Customer contract management and support
- Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle, including Military FAR 12 and FAR 15 contracts
- How to lead small projects
- How to evaluate risk and apply strategic thinking
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
