Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related field; experience with healthcare products or services a plus
- Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong customer-oriented approach

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
