Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our insureds, agents, brokers, carriers, and in-house team members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls for the Customer Service Department, ensuring that every caller receives a high level of service and support.
- Respond to customer service email inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information to our clients.
- Process electronic payments, updating insureds' policy and account information as needed.
- Research account activity, verifying information and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide account and policy information to insureds, agents, brokers, and carriers, ensuring that every interaction is informative and helpful.
- Verify acknowledgments of Notice of Financed Premium, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and contribute to developing and improving customer service functions, helping us to continually enhance our services and processes.
- Perform all other compliance-related assignments as may be required by our financial institution to comply with agency, internal, and/or regulatory protocols.
Essential Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma required; no college diploma is necessary.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with an emphasis in premium finance; equivalent experience in a related field will be considered.

Preferred Skills
- General knowledge of Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel.

Work Environment
- Flexible work arrangements: work remotely, in a hybrid setting, or in our office in Norcross, GA.
- 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST.
