Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Virtual Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions via email, phone, or chat. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $40/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via email, phone, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues
- Work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, to manage and prioritize tasks
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or virtual customer care environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software applications
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with email management tools, such as email templates and workflows
- Knowledge of customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including Excel and data visualization tools
- Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
