Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work from home while making a significant impact on the lives of patients and their families. Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Home Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring care center compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures
- Educating staff members about state, federal, and accreditation requirements
- Ensuring accurate billing of services to the proper payor source
- Directing weekly business development and management team meetings to promote home care services
- Providing input, guidance, and feedback on marketing activities and agency marketing plans
- Assigning and directing staff with appropriate skills to perform duties
- Coaching, directing, and encouraging staff through formal and informal means
- Analyzing work processes and making suggestions for improvement
- Responsible for care center financial and clinical performance and delivery of key metrics within the established budget
- Responsible for employment decisions for direct report staff, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change status
- Monitors and evaluates employee performance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field
- Three years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice
- OR five years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice in lieu of a degree
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse or other healthcare professional specific to the state you are assigned to work
- Master's degree in business or clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional (preferred)
- Experience in home health (preferred)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Full Stack Home Care Registered Nurse, you will receive:
- A competitive salary of $132,000 - $138,500
- A $15,000 bonus
