Job Summary:
The Associate Housekeeping Director will assist and support the Housekeeping Manager in coaching and overseeing Housekeeping Visitor Administration Directors and non-salaried/Cast Representatives. This role is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement, exceeding guest satisfaction, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in accordance with Disney's quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Survey, rethink, and change departmental strategies and sets of responsibilities, supplies, equipment, and work guidelines, depending on the situation.
- Create, carry out, and speak with Housekeeping Board's innovative ideas for Housekeeping to keep on upgrading the picture of the nature of Disney guidelines.

Essential Qualifications:
