Job Summary: Join Our Team as a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote, part/full-time basis. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities: Leading Data Entry Initiatives
- Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of progressive data entry products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
- Force product improvement with a group of global-excellence engineers and designers, driving collaboration and creativity to deliver exceptional results.
- Attract, build, manipulate, and expand a skilled, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of data entry specialists and product leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Set up shared vision across the agency by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Combine usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to decorate user pride, delivering products that meet the needs and expectations of our users.
- Define and examine metrics that inform the fulfillment of products, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.

- Maximize efficiency in a continuously evolving environment where the method is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm, adapting to changing circumstances and leveraging opportunities for growth and improvement.
Essential Qualifications: Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in data entry and/or data management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
- 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and consumer research groups, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Crucial thinking/analytical management experience, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and drive decision-making.
- Experience imparting to senior government audiences, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- 3+ years of experience hiring, handling, and growing both junior individuals and senior leaders, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, with a strong foundation in technical skills and a passion for innovation and growth.
Preferred Qualifications: Additional Experience and Skills
- Experience in a customer-centered generation business enterprise, with a deep understanding of user needs and expectations and the ability to deliver products that meet those needs.
- Experience building 0-1 products, platform/environment products, or marketplaces, with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
