Job Summary
As a Data Analyst II at Blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform product development and business strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. Your primary focus will be on analyzing customer behavior, developing data-driven dashboards, and providing insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop data-driven dashboards and reports to inform product development and business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes
- Design and implement data quality metrics and monitoring systems
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
