As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our Internal Body Shop and Authorized Collision Program. You will serve as a liaison between customers, Customer Claim Specialists, and the Body Shop, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Work Scheduling Maintenance: Manage and maintain accurate scheduling records, ensuring that all appointments and deadlines are met.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists, the Body Shop, and customers, providing clear and timely updates on vehicle status and repair progress.
- Vehicle Arrival Preparation: Coordinate and prepare for vehicle arrivals, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation are in place.
- WARP and CCC Management: Manage and track vehicle arrivals and repairs using WARP and CCC systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Customer Communication and Expectation: Communicate effectively with customers, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Rental Coordination and Handoff: Coordinate rental vehicle arrangements and facilitate smooth handoffs between customers and the Body Shop.
- Vehicle Reputation Updates: Provide timely updates on vehicle repair status, ensuring that customers and internal stakeholders are informed.
- Material and Components Reordering: Manage and reorder materials and components as needed, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Repair Overview and Delivery: Conduct thorough reviews of repair orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and facilitate smooth delivery of repaired vehicles to customers.
What You'll Bring to Blithequark
Essential Qualifications:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collision Repair Knowledge: A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, and experience working in a collision repair environment is highly valued.
