Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex commercial litigation cases from inception to trial, including developing and implementing legal strategies, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial
- Provide exceptional client service, including communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering results that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve common goals and share knowledge and expertise
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the law and industry, including attending conferences, seminars, and training sessions
- Travel to courts predominantly in Northern California, with occasional travel to other regions in the state, to represent clients in court appearances and other proceedings
- Contribute to the growth and development of our litigation group, including mentoring junior attorneys and participating in business development efforts
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 10+ years of experience as a commercial litigator, with a strong track record of success in managing complex cases
- First-chair experience, with the ability to manage both the legal strategy and client relationships effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
