About the Role
As a Recruiter, Customer Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team, known for providing exceptional candidate care while scaling our operations. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization. This involves partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams, developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and participating in special virtual events. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their needs and preferences, providing strategic recruitment solutions.
- Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, and maintain ongoing relationship management.
- Participate in special virtual events including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events to promote Smartsheet and attract top talent.
- Lead or contribute to multiple internal Smartsheet projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive recruitment initiatives forward.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless communication with applicants.
- Other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of high volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of supporting a variety of complex roles.
- Success in hiring for evergreen and single-threaded roles, demonstrating your ability to adapt to different recruitment challenges.
- Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process, showcasing your consultative approach.
- Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships, highlighting your organizational and time management skills.
- A commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction with Smartsheet reflects our values and service-oriented culture.
- Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Greenhouse), with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance our recruitment efforts.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis.
