About the Role: Frontend Coach (Complex) - WM
As a Frontend Coach, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing our teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll be responsible for teaching, training, and mentoring associates to ensure they're equipped to provide the best possible experience for our customers. With your expertise and guidance, we'll be able to achieve our business objectives and continue to innovate and improve our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback (Tour-to-Teach)
- Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements; managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring associates; assigning duties; setting clear expectations
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability
- 2 years of experience supervising 20 or more associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive business results and achieve sales growth
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Finance - Corporate experience
- Food - Fresh Food Inventory Management experience
- Managing challenging workforce issues
- Supervising Associates

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $72,000 - $80,000, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives. You'll also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase plans, and life insurance.
