Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid U.S. passport or overseas passport with applicable visas and eligibility to travel globally without restrictions
- Be fluent in English and able to read and speak Italian at a local skill ability level
- Have experience in the service industry (e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, aviation, safety, social services, healthcare, or military)
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stretch, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Be able to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of college education
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Hebrew, Hindi, Dutch, or German)
