Job Overview
The Senior Field Service Technician (FST) is a field-based position that requires working independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our chemical dispensing equipment, as well as other equipment used in commercial foodservice or laundry operations. The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional service, drive customer retention, and provide superior customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other commercial equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your daily schedule and prioritize tasks
- Utilize root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in on-call coverage, including occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, physical abilities, and personal qualities. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills through provided training
- A basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems
