Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Female IT Recruiter with C2H hiring experience to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify top talent.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Candidate Selection and Placement: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role. Coordinate with clients to facilitate interviews and negotiate offers.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken and that clients are kept informed throughout the process.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the recruitment process, including metrics on candidate quality, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: BSc (Computers), BCA, MCA, BTech, or BE degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in C2H IT recruitment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in current technologies and tools used in IT recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with client recruitment processes, including duplicacy, profile uploading, and tools used by clients.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work independently, coordinating with client SPOCs and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Large Client Experience: Experience working with large clients and managing complex recruitment projects.
- Technology Knowledge: Knowledge of current technologies and trends in the IT industry.
