The Difference You Will Make
As an Executive Business Partner, you'll be responsible for providing strategic support to our leaders and their teams. You'll exercise sound judgment and strategy to coordinate core meetings, utilize diverse communications methods to execute projects and tasks critical to the business, and develop, iterate, and drive team operations. You'll also curate meaningful moments through team events and gatherings, and influence team culture through leadership and collaboration.
A Typical Day
As an Executive Business Partner, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Managing all day-to-day executive administrative responsibilities, including advanced calendar management, travel and expense management, note-taking, meeting preparation and follow-up, report and resource/database maintenance, and coordinating office access.
- Planning and executing team events, offsites, activities, and recognition.
- Assisting and/or owning content creation, including drafting emails and creating presentations.
- Managing purchase orders and partnering with the leader and finance to track and analyze budget and expenses.
- Providing support for project-related work, including preparing reports for quarterly business reviews and working with the leader to create onboarding plans for key team members.
- Maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including internal/external comms, talent partners, D&B, FP&A, legal, and recruiting for org effectiveness.
- Representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
- Building effective relationships within Airbnb to serve as a catalyst around scheduling and/or spontaneous inquiries/requests.
- Completing other duties and special projects as assigned.
Your Expertise
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative capacity.
- Previous experience in a high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
- A strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and ability to exhibit positivity, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to deal with conflict as well as give and receive feedback diplomatically.
- The ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity.

How We'll Take Care Of You
As an Executive Business Partner, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. Our job titles may span more than one career level, and the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Pay Range
The base pay range for this role is $115,000-$140,200 USD.
