We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant, Corporate FP&A and Finance Transformation Senior Executive Support Professional to join our dynamic team at The Walt Disney Company. As a key member of our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Finance Transformation Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Vice President, Corporate FP&A, Finance Transformation, and other senior leaders. Our team is responsible for managing the P&L for the total company, partnering with Corporate teams on budget management, and transforming the Finance function. We're a fast-paced and dynamic team that works closely with our senior management team, and we're looking for someone who can keep up with the pace and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, Corporate FP&A and Finance Transformation Senior Executive Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to senior leaders, including the Executive Vice President, Corporate FP&A, Finance Transformation. Your primary responsibilities will include: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior leaders, their teams, and other stakeholders across the Disney enterprise. You will need to demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including: The hiring range for this position in California is $97,580 to $126,280 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
