About the Role
As an Evening Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and resolution to our valued customers. This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with two evening shifts available: 1:00 to 9:30 pm EST and 1:30 to 10:00 pm EST. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, with all necessary equipment provided, and participate in our comprehensive new-employee training program to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Build rapport with customers, verifying and collecting demographics, and updating systems as necessary
- Determine and execute the best resolution to assist customers, connecting them to appropriate internal or external resources as needed
- Manage tasks with timely follow-up, interacting with customers, providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Degree or GED, with an Associate's degree in a related field (such as business administration, liberal arts, public health, or healthcare management) preferred
- Customer Service experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong analytical and issue-resolution skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
