Key Responsibilities
- Growing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
- Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve seller issues.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding revenue objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience promoting nascent products/offering into new markets is strongly favored.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- At ease with complex financial data and polished communication abilities, including speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
- Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
