Job Overview

As a Distribution Support Manager, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing sales and service behaviors and activities related to the overall opening of our NextGen Financial Centers. This includes community involvement, outside business calling, event planning, space design, One Bank Partnerships, and mobility. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, Retail Operations, and Marketing, to ensure the branch team and facility are ready for turnover and opening day activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving account growth, standardizing One Bank processes, and leading by example to promote Consultative Sales and Service behaviors within the organization.
