Key Responsibilities
As a Disney World Bar Tender, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a magical and memorable experience
- Crafting unique and delicious cocktails, using your knowledge of mixology and creativity to develop new and exciting recipes
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel like a VIP
- Working effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other Bar Tenders, servers, and hospitality staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Bar Tender, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- A strong knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- A commitment to exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a magical and memorable experience for every guest
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a Disney World or other theme park environment
- Certification in mixology, such as a bartending license or certification from a reputable organization
