Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. data analytics, business administration, computer science)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business development
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans and driving business growth and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, such as SAS, SQL, and business intelligence software
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree or MBA
- Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, Python)
- Experience with system administration (e.g. Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis)
- Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau)
- Certified as a Salesforce administrator or developer
- Experience with project management (e.g. planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project objectives and targets)
- Experience with systems such as Cure and GIS
- Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts
