Key Responsibilities:

- Propose new alternatives: Develop innovative strategies to identify candidates, staying ahead of the competition and meeting our client's needs.

- Manage job portals: Effectively manage notices in various job portals, evaluating candidates who apply and ensuring seamless communication with our Recruiting team.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles: Utilize job portals to identify and analyze professional profiles, matching candidates with our client's requirements.
