**What You'll Do**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
* Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for customers and partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
* Completing data entry of prescriptions into careerzynith's healthcare software
* Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
* Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to customers and partners alike
* Working with a willingness to learn and grow; we share feedback, receive feedback, and work in a culture of openness and development
* Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and sometimes other stations on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record client note accounts, so being meticulous is essential
* Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
* Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
* Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out in detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
* High school education or equivalent
* Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
* Strong decision-making skills
* Proven ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt to change based on the business needs of the organization
* Flexibility to adjust your schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
* Ability to pass a background check
