The e-Fulfilment Specialist plays a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and achieve common goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills and collaborating with the team to resolve issues efficiently
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- No experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and a strong foundation in administrative or clerical work is desirable
- High school diploma or GED required, with a strong educational background and a commitment to continuous learning
