About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist and Innovation Investigator Understudy to join our team. As an Assistant, you will have the chance to enlist in Groups that incorporate Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Administrations, Individuals and Money. You will work part-time inside the Innovation Office, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications used by our Teams, including airline stewards and pilots. Your everyday job will be to work with Case's (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Item Proprietors) to test the application as they are making changes, and you will also be responsible for metrics to showcase progress and ensure Administration is aware of how testing is going.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental guidelines.
- Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Groups.
- Participate in systems and acceptance testing.
- Scope of work varies depending on the Group assignment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred.
