**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in processing inbound complaint system fulfillment, responding to various requests, and documenting each contact in a database. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment in a timely and efficient manner
* Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
* Navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including secure systems, with strict adherence to privacy guidelines
* Documenting each contact in a database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Education**: High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or Bachelors Degree
* **Active Public Trust Security Clearance**: Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance to access secure systems and handle sensitive information
* **Attention to Detail**: High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on minimizing errors and ensuring data integrity
* **Computer Skills**: Efficient typing (40 WPM) and experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
* **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
* **Communication**: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively respond to requests and communicate with team members and clients
