Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality output
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver elite visitor experiences with interactive and data-driven systems across arenaflex
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, providing idea management and influencing impact by driving activities to the end goal efficiently and effectively
- Engage with research and colleagues to drive machine learning (ML) strategies and identify areas where business problems can be solved creatively by applying ML
- Lead and collaborate with other specialists and data scientists to implement and scale ML solutions for creating magical experiences for our visitors and pushing the limits of functional objectives
- Drive innovation, proof of concepts, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms
- Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team
- Build standard procedures used in daily operations and work with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
- Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and evaluate their performance on real-world data sets
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns
- Experience with structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases
- 2+ years of experience with Workflow or another data workflow management tool
- Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong communication skills, and determination to complete tasks
- Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of turning new tech into business solutions
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with control systems
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform
- Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development
- Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
- Experience with audio analysis
- Experience with text analysis
Education
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
