Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous Experience in Customer Service or Call Center Environment: While not mandatory, prior experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
