Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets
- Manage your workload independently, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Work with your teammate to develop a schedule that provides 7-day coverage, including weekends (Sundays: morning shifts only)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products and services
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
- Native U.S. English speaking skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
