About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a key member of our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Allocation Support team, you will be responsible for supporting the distribution and billing of WSJ/Barron's to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This role involves inbound and outbound customer service interactions, follow-up, and data entry tasks. With minimal supervision, you will perform determined duties related to the office's activities, working closely with the Delivery/Logistics manager.
