About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our global Customer Success organization. As a technical leader, you will play a crucial role in helping customers understand the value of workflow automation across their organization. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure our clients meet their success criteria for the platform and help build and enable new use cases. This is a remote role that must be based in PST, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and collaborate with teams across our organization.
