About the Role

As a Customer Services Supervisor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in coordinating the day-to-day station operations, leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, dependable, and consistent operation, conducting Agent observations, scheduling and administering local training, and investigating and resolving operational issues as well as customer service issues. You will also be required to participate in operational conference calls, station audits, and prepare various reports.
