- Check in and receive vehicles shipped to blithequark, ensuring accurate daily scanning and reconciliation of vehicle inventory
- Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet blithequark Quality Standards
- Handle various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and contacting finance companies regarding customer contracts
- Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work, ensuring accuracy of documentation for billing
